The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel is close to the beach and a local shopping center. Breakfast had traditional options available. The location is in the center of Rodney bay.

I liked the food at ti banane restaurant. It offered large portions. carlene at the front desk helped arrange an excursion to sulphur springs. the hotel is near duty free shopping. That was very convenient.
the leaf blower noise by the pool early in the morning was a bit much!

i am so happy i booked this hotel. the staff was so helpful. the room was spacious and very clean. restaurants are nearby. reduit beach is a short walk away. the pool is large and so inviting. i ate dinner one night at the restaurant and it was tasty. the grounds were well maintained. they provide pool table. it was a really relaxing vacation.
the music at times was loud. i walked by and the song included inappropriate lyrics. it felt really inappropriate. the music feels very ghetto sometimes.

the room was spacious and well cleaned daily. i really appreciated that the air conditioning was effective, keeping the room cool. there was a balcony with seating, overlooking the gardens and pool.

breakfast had many choices including fresh fruit. i liked the eggs and omelets made to order. the dinner menu included local Caribbean cuisine plus international dishes. service was a little slow sometimes.

the hotel is close to the beach and shops. it is easy to walk to different restaurants. the area feels safe and cute. transportation to attractions is convenient.
